Services and Equipment
We install and program security systems for homes and businesses. That covers security cameras (indoor, outdoor, panoramic and fisheye), access control (gate intercoms, keypads, fingerprint readers, keycards and keyless entry), smart home devices, and audio and video such as ceiling speakers, smart TVs and touchscreen monitors. We also install equipment you’ve already bought. Full details are on the services page.
Yes. A home usually needs cameras at the entrances and the driveway. A shop, restaurant or office often needs cameras on the floor, at the back door and in storage, plus access control for staff. Each layout depends on the property, so we design every system for the building it goes in.
Indoor cameras are for inside spaces. Outdoor cameras are built for weather, so check the rating before you mount one outside. Panoramic cameras give one device a wide view of an open area, such as a parking lot or yard. Fisheye cameras cover a whole room from one point. The right choice depends on what you need to see and how far away it is, and we confirm it on the site visit.
Yes. We advise on the equipment after the site visit, based on what you need to see, how far it is and where the power and network are. If you already own cameras, send us the model first and we’ll tell you whether it fits.
Yes. When a property needs more than one system, we plan them together, with one design for the cables, the power and the app.
Quotes and Pricing
There’s no flat price, because the cost depends on how many cameras and devices you need, how far the cables run, which recording equipment the system uses, and how many access points you’re securing. A small home with two cameras costs less than a restaurant with cameras, ceiling speakers and a gate. We give you the exact figure in the quote, after the site visit.
A quote based on a photo often changes once we’re on site. During the visit we check the entrances, the areas to cover, where power and network are, and where cables can run. That’s how we size the job correctly from the start.
Yes. The quote is free and comes with no obligation to buy. It lists the equipment and the work, so you can compare it before you decide.
Send us your name, phone number, property type, the service you need and the area, on WhatsApp or by email. We reply to confirm the details and set up the visit at your property.
Yes. A wine cellar is a specific space: temperature, humidity and lighting affect which camera works well and where it goes. We look at the space during the visit, then quote the cameras, cabling and recorder it needs.
Installation
Yes. We need the brand and model first to confirm it works with your setup. Send them by email or on WhatsApp. If a product can’t work with the rest of the system, we’ll tell you before the installation starts.
Have the property address, the areas you want to see, and the model numbers of any equipment you already own. Also note where your internet router is and where the power outlets sit near each entrance. We check the rest on site.
Yes. Cable runs, mounting and power are part of the installation. We plan the routes during the site visit, so the layout is set before the work starts.
Some drilling is normal: mounts need holes, and cables have to run somewhere. The site visit shows where cameras, mounts and cables will go, so you know before any work starts.
In many cases, yes. We need to check the recorder, network and camera model you already have. Send us those details and we’ll tell you whether the system can be extended, or whether adding cameras means changing part of it.
Remote Access and Smart Home
Yes. Remote access is part of every installation. We program the system, connect it to your phone and check that you can view your cameras before we leave. You need an internet connection at the property and on your phone.
Yes. We review the devices you have, set them up and group them so you can control the main ones from your smartphone: lighting, thermostats, locks, and audio and video. If you’re missing a device or the setup needs a different platform, we’ll tell you what it takes.
Often, yes. It depends on the brands and platforms your devices use. We check compatibility during the site visit, or when you send us your device list, and tell you which devices can share one app.
It depends on how the recording is set up. A system that records to a local recorder keeps recording during an internet outage, but you can’t watch it live from your phone until the connection returns. A system that depends only on cloud storage stops recording until the connection returns. We set up your system so you know which of these applies to you.
Business, HOA and Condos
Yes. We start with a site visit to plan coverage zone by zone: parking, entrances, stairwells and common areas. We explain what each camera covers and what the options cost, so the board or the management company can decide with real information.
Yes. We install gate intercoms, keycard systems, fingerprint readers and keypads for offices and buildings. We review each entrance, mount the controllers and readers, program the users and test every access point before we leave.
Yes. Each person gets their own code, card or fingerprint, and removing one doesn’t change the lock for everyone else. That’s useful for offices with staff changes and for buildings with residents who move in and out.
Areas and Support
We serve Miami, Kendall, Homestead, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and the Florida Keys. If your address isn’t on this list, send it to us and we’ll confirm before you book a visit.
Call or WhatsApp us and tell us what’s happening. We stay available after the job for questions about the app, adding cameras, and devices that stop responding.
